• Processing & Shipping — The following time-table is to help you estimate the average length of time from the placement of your order to the date it arrives: 

  • Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders.
    Shipping:  All orders are shipped through the U. S. Postal Service. You will receive an email the day that your order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS ARE SHIPPED  ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS:  TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS.
    Please expect your order to arrive within 3 - 5  business days after the shipment date for U. S. orders and 6 - 10 business days for U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

  • International Shipping is available to the Caribbean, Canada & England. 

              Please expect your order to arrive within 7 - 21 business days                for the Caribbean & England and 11 - 20 business days for                      Canada after the shipment date with First Class International                Mail.

• Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us at info@caribbeansentiments.com for more information.

• Orders Not Received

  • Once we hand over your package to the postal service, we no longer control the shipping process. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues. We monitor the tracking on all of our orders, so please email us at info@caribbeansentiments.com, we are more than happy to provide you with any information you may need to file a claim.
